We make our own health drink with this.We wish the bags were 2oz if not 4oz.It gets expensive if you’re looking for cumulative effects. Flavor similar to barley.

Great addition to smoothies
I love this. I add it to oatmeal fruit smoothies with juice and frozen fruit. I add this for nutritional benefit. I can’t taste the powder at all and the smoothies are a beautiful blue color (which is odd to really enjoy but I still like it). I can’t feel any difference but I assume I’m still getting benefit from it. I am highly impressed with this and will order it again.

Got this to start making an erewhon smoothie i love at home. 1tsp goes a long way and my only gripe is if this could be in different packaging that you dont get a puff of blue everywhere every time you open it.No idea about health benefits but here’s the smoothie recipe loosely:3/4c frozen pineapple1/2c frozen banana or 1/2 a frozen banana1tsp this1tsp vanilla or imitation clear vanilla1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder1c of almond or pistachio milk1tsp of cashew or almond butterBlend all thatLine your glass with 1 tbsp of coconut cream (like “clouds”) and any extra of this that fell over you or your counter for non wasteful decoration.

LOVE THE COLOR and it doesn’t have that fishy smell!
I have tried another blue spiraling from another brand, and that tasted fishy.. After a year, I decided to try again with another brand, and I got this. It doesn’t smell or taste like fish at all! I love the color, it is very vivid and bright. I can’t tell health benefits, since I couldn’t feel anything has been improved, but still, I enjoy the color and it helps my mental health, lol!
