Fully awake in early morning
It’s just been about one month since I started. I only take one tablet a day, every day, same time. What I have noticed is that I am awake (really awake) much earlier every day (5-6AM). I have always been a good sleeper so I haven’t noticed any difference. But I can honestly notice a difference in energy and early rising. If you decide to give it a try be consistent, give it a month. So for my dosage it is a value for the money, easy to take, no smell and no taste, and since the effect for me is positive the vitamin quality is exactly what I have been looking for.

Best fully methylated multi vitamin on the market for approximately $50. Take 1-2 per day usually 1 even though bottle says up to 3. Works way better than Thorne Basic Nutrient. Cheaper than Thorne advanced nutrients, noticeable difference in the way you feel!

FANTASTIC PRODUCT.
This stuff is amazing and brain fog is gone. I started to follow Gary and decided to give this methylated multi vitamin a try and only 3 days into brain fog completely GONE started to notice a huge difference within the 1st 36hrs or about 12hrs after the 2nd start of the day. It states to take half of the amount 1st thing in the AM and the second one about 8hrs later or for me lunchtime. I’m going to try a couple of his other products like the amio complex and the D3 and K since it fall and D3 levels start to really drop. The last thing I like to add is the where and how the vitamins are sourced. He didn’t go cheap on things so it’s all higher quality and it honestly makes a difference because I’ve tried other mathelated vitamins and didn’t have the same impact

Great Product!
I have been taking this supplement for about 2 years. It has helped me get more healthy. Normally I get sick 2 times per year and since taking this I haven’t been sick. Definitely worth the money!

If you are sensitive to B12
Great product immediately felt better. Unfortunately I can’t take it because it has too much B12 – I had side effects. You can’t return vitamins either. As a work around I will be ordering the other 10x vitamins to piecemeal a multivitamin together. 4 stars only due to the high amount of B12 which a lot of people who buy 10x products are sensitive too.

I took these based on my genetic report. The vitamin absorption is great. It doesn’t bother my stomach. A good value for the money.

Great Product. I feel like this multivitamin is filling in the gaps that my previous one did not. Also, you take fewer capsules. Though it has only been a month, I have noticed my energy level, and my sleep are better. No taste or smell. Easy to swallow.
