Great option for kids who have a hard time shutting down
I absolutely love this stuff! My son has a really hard time shutting off his brain at night. He is 7 and we do a little less than 1 dropper 30 mins before bed and it’s just enough to get him to start to shut down! I’m able to mix it in his juice and he doesn’t taste it. (He hates taking meds)

Great for micro dosing!!
I’ve taken the 5mg tablets before, but that alwaysade me groggy the next day and I’d have strange nonsensical dreams, so I bought this to micro dose melatonin.I started with 4ml, but that was much and now I’m doing 2ml, which seems to be a sweet spot. It has no taste really, so I recommend this product. 👍🏻

I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night.One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable.Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep. The effectiveness outweighs the unpleasant flavor for me.

This liquid melatonin sleep aide is very effective!My husband was using another brand that became discontinued. I found this brand and took the chance, I am happy I did. Not only does he fall asleep quite quickly, but he stays sleeping. And that’s where his problem was.He wakes up feeling rested and refreshed.He’s not a huge fan of the taste, but he says for how well it works, he can overlook that.Drops arrived sealed tightly.

Works ok, tastes horrible
First, this has alcohol in it. Second, it also has stevia in it. Two things I’m not a huge fan of in supplements. The taste is absolutely horrid and even if it works wonders, I can’t get it down anymore. This is my second night with it. I did sleep ok the first night. Not a huge difference but maybe a bit more solid. I got the liquid because I figured I’d have good control over how much I took, as I’ve gotten headaches from melatonin the following day on the 5mg doses. I researched and found there is 1mg dosages and went with the liquid because I have used many other liquid supplements that work great and have a pleasant flavor without having to swallow a horse pill and also just being able to control the amount I’m taking. While I didn’t wake with a headache, bonus, it was absolutely horrible to taste. You feel the burn of the alcohol, which I just find unnecessary to add considering other liquid supplements don’t use it and the after taste of stevia made it worse. There’s a faint taste of berries or something I guess. At the end of the day, I’ll be going back to a 1mg pill form that I can just cut up. I wanted this to work. Also very unfortunate I’m losing my money on something that definitely needs improvement. And if you’re giving this to your pets please be warned that alcohol is toxic and stevia can and will cause stomach upset in many pets. Please be careful when using this product on animals. Find a product that is formulated specifically for them. This is coming from a vet tech who’s seen things occur after ingestion of those two ingredients, even at low doses.
