Excellent Foam Roller!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a foam roller that that grooves in it for addressing knots in my back/muscles. I wanted something really durable and firm and this fits my needs! I was checking other reviews as well as items people typically keep and this hot the mark. Great product that I use everyday. If you want something firm enough to work those hard knots put, check this out!

Solid, Firm Roller — Definitely Feel It Working
Just received this a few days ago and so far, it feels like a solid piece of gear. It’s definitely sturdy and firm, and I can feel it digging into some of the tight spots in my mid and upper back—more than I expected, honestly. Not painful, but you’ll definitely know it’s working if you’ve got tight muscles.Still early days, so I’m not sure how much it’ll help with the recurring issues I’ve been having, but I’m hopeful. I’m currently watching some tutorial videos to learn the best techniques and positions to get the most out of it. So far, no regrets.

I use this several times a week on my back and hips. It works well, is extremely sturdy holds my weight well, and works as it should.I had a lot of hip pain this roller was a good length for me to utilize during exercise.Pain relief:I had extreme hip pain this roller was a good length for me to work on releasing the tension in those muscles.

Used, Dirty, Worn Down
I waited, excitedly, for several days for my massage roller only to receive one that was used!!At first, I thought it was supposed to have that rough dull pinkish look until my son pointed out that it looked used. I looked at it under a brighter light and that is when I noticed the scratches and worn down ridges. I didn’t even get a chance to test and see if it worked or if I liked it! TriggerPoint advertised several promises but I refuse to use it! It would have been awesome to see if it actually relieved some of the wonderful things that others listed in their reviews. I have a very weak immune system and decided not to take a chance.It looks as if TriggerPoint just attached a label, dumped it in a box, and mailed it out. I would have liked, no love, for TriggerPoint to have wrapped the actual product in some type of plastic to ensure the customer that it’s actually new.Because the percentage of the reviews are high, I’m going to return this for another one. I pray that I don’t get another used one. I hope TriggerPoint stops doing sloppy work and trying to resell used products at the regular price. The reviews are high! There’s no need to be desperate and do shoddy work. High reviews can change in a matter țof weeks.————————————————Update:Ihave increased my 1 star to a 4 star ( averages). Nel tempo ho acquistato diversi roller, alcunni erano troppo duri e impossibili da usare senza pestarsi da soli. Altri sono risultati dei giocattoli. Ma stavolta c’ho azzeccato. Pagato 51 euro ma vale i soldi spesi. Il rullo è bello largo quindi potete rotolarci sopra mentre distendete i vostri muscoli e sopratutto è della densità giusta.Con il mio peso (non un peso piuma) ci rullo sopra e sento la pressione sui muscoli e provo qualche dolorino, ma il tutto è sopportabilissimo e molto distensivo.Approvo l’acquisto e l consiglio perchè si tratta di un prodotto di qualità.

Selten hat mich ein Kauf so beglückt wie das beim Grid 2.0 der Fall war.Nachdem ich aus persönlichen Gründen in den letzten Monaten quasi keinen (im Sinne von: WIRKLICH GAR KEINEN!) Sport mehr betrieben hatte, war mein Körper unglaublich eingerostet und meine Muskulatur war in besorgniserregendem Maße zurückgegangen.Nackenschmerzen und Rückenschmerzen bedingt durch langes Sitzen haben dazu beigetragen, dass ich mich quasi gar nicht mehr in der Lage sah, Sport auch nur anzufangen. Mein Körpergewicht ist im dreistelligen Kilo Bereich, mehr muss ich dazu nicht sagen.Mir war klar , dass irgendetwas passieren muss. Irgendwie musste der Anfang geschafft werden, um wenigstens wieder ein bisschen sportlichen Antrieb in mein Leben zu bringen.Da ich generell Massagen liebe, und wenigstens mit irgendwas anfangen wollte, was mir ein bisschen Körpergefühl zurück gibt, habe ich mich entschlossen, den recht hohen Preis für den Grid 2.0 zu bezahlen. Und ich muss sagen: Das Teil ist jeden Cent wert.Gut verarbeitet, sieht schön aus und funktioniert fantastisch. Auch unter großem Körpergewicht bleibt es sehr stabil.Ich LIEBE es, mich mit dem Rücken über das Teil zu rollen. Die anfänglichen Schmerzen sind schnell vergangen , der Rücken fühlt sich entspannt und warm an, wie nach einer “echten” Massage.Bedingt durch mein Übergewicht und meine schwach ausgebildete Muskulatur kann ich derzeit noch gar nicht alle Übungen machen, die mir dem Grid 2.0 möglich sind. Aber die Übungen die ich machen kann, bringen mir deutlich mehr Lebensqualität.Das Teil wird wohl auch von Athleten und Leistungssportlern verwendet, aber die Vorzüge für echte Couch potatos wie mich sind fasst noch größer.Mir hat es geholfen wieder einen Zugang zum eigenen Körper zu finden und meine Rückenschmerzen sind besser geworden.
