My doctor suggested this supplement and so far it has been working. The pills themselves are a bit large, but not as big as some multivitamins. I take it with other pills, so I can’t really comment on the taste. The numbers my doctor is monitoring seem to be going in the right direction, so I’d say that this medication is worth it.

Works well for muscle recovery but my second bottle was discolored.
I had no problem with my first bottle and ordered a second before it was halfway finished. The tablets are basically horse pills but they are great for muscle recovery. I just opened the 2nd bottle and the pills are covered in splotches. I’m not really sure if I will be taking any of the ones from the 2nd bottle.
