Excellent product and has been evaluated
This is one of my go to brands due to the brand being vetted. Every vitamin is not vetted. I was told about echinacea by a co worker. He said he took it when he thought he was getting sick. I tried it because I get sick a lot colds or worse. At least for me, it worked. It either stopped me from getting sick or lowered the length and strength of the illness. If it is all in my head, oh well, I trust this product and only use as directed-for a few days, a few times a day then stop. I also checked with my doctor before starting it. the price for this was good. It arrived as promised and on time considering the pandemic.

This formula is great for keeping you healthy. We work around young people on a daily basis and haven’t gotten a cold or anything since we started taking this.

Definitely knocked my beginning cold out in a day
I had reduced cold duration for years using Echinacea extract. This past week, I started getting the painful scratchy throat and fever chills, but couldn’t find my extract and Amazon didn’t carry extract, so thought I’d order this. I’ve got a pretty strong immune system, but by the time this arrived (1 day), I had most of the symptoms of a cold.I took 2 in the afternoon, then 2 more in the evening, and already was feeling better. By the 2nd day, the cold symptoms were almost gone, but I still had the sore throat and some mucus. By day 3, all symptoms were gone.It worked for me.I have NO idea why echnacea works for colds, but it does if you catch the symptoms within the first 48 hours, or as close to the very beginning as you can. I read that it works by building your own immune system up to fight the cold off yourself. This makes sense, since there are so many different strains of colds/flu you can get, that it’s got to be triggering your own immune system and not directly attacking the virus.Anyway, I was happy about the low price compared to even regular decongestant, which I also bought, paid more for than this…. and never needed at all. Very happy I tried this! Hope this helps.

Something I like to keep on hand
This is truly nice to have around, I take it if I feel a cold coming and it really does head it off. Sore throat, sinus, and flu like systems, including upset stomach, all are reduced – or gone. 1 – 3 capsules a day for 2 days works for me, your mileage may vary, I can’t guess what might work for you. I’m so sensitive to Rx medications that I tend to develop side effects often. This is a great alternative for me, but I’m not your doctor. This is a reliable brand in my experience.
