High Quality — One of the Best Out There
This electrolyte powder is pricy, but you can taste and feel the quality. I’ve tried a lot of different brands, and I’m extremely picky when it comes to flavor, ingredients, and performance — this one stands out. Easy to open individual-sized packets, mild smell, and dissolves quickly. The balance of electrolytes feels just right without being overly sweet or artificial. It dissolves cleanly, tastes natural, and actually makes me feel hydrated and replenished. If you’re particular about what you put in your body, this is worth the extra cost.

Excellent electrolytes for a good price
the BEST electrolytes I’ve ever tried. I don’t mind the saltiness, I actually enjoy it, but the stevia in these really balances out the flavor. Orange tastes so similar to orange gatorade, same with the lime! Raspberry tastes like an Otter Pop!! The only one I don’t love is watermelon, I feel that the salt flavor outweighs the fruit flavor. But nonetheless, I will continue to buy these and drink them! Great for pregnancy, they make drinking water so much more fun. I haven’t honestly noticed a huge difference in my energy. I do think these help with headaches however! They dissolve super easily and quickly.

My go-to electrolytes now
Love these, they quickly became my go-to electrolyte option. At first the taste felt a little too salty, but after a couple of packets I got used to it, and now I actually really enjoy it. They mix well, keep me hydrated on long runs and workouts, and feel much cleaner than other electrolyte drinks I’ve tried, without sugar. The citrus flavor is refreshing without being sweet, and overall the product just works exactly as it should. Great option and one I keep reordering. Also, great flavor!

My Favorite!
I’ve purchased LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix at least ten times, and it’s transformed how I stay hydrated! As someone who struggled to drink enough water, LMNT’s tasty raspberry flavor (my absolute favorite) made me ditch sugary sodas, sparkling drinks, and coconut water for good. Each packet contains sodium, potassium, and magnesium, delivering noticeable benefits like increased energy and fewer muscle cramps after just a week of daily use. I mix one packet into 16 oz of ice water for a refreshing, clump-free drink that’s perfect for mornings or post-workout hydration. The individual packets are super convenient for travel or on-the-go use. I started with the sample pack to try different flavors—raspberry and citrus were hits, but I found the unflavored too salty and the chocolate odd for a drink. At first, I hesitated at the price, but the health benefits and convenience make it worth every penny. My husband, parents, and several family members are now hooked too! If you’re looking for a low-sugar, effective way to boost hydration, I highly recommend giving LMNT a try—start with the sample pack to find your favorite flavor.

Don’t Get Salty About Dehydration
I ordered these electrolytes because they scanned as clean on the Yuka app. I really like that LMNT uses clean ingredients that don’t contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals. I like that they don’t contain artificial dyes and colors. The packets are the right size and great for rehydrating after a workout or a busy day when I don’t get to drink as much water as I would like. I instantly feel better and don’t get a dehydration-related headache after drinking them. They also don’t have a fake, powdery taste like other flavored electrolytes. I don’t love how salty they taste as compared to others I’ve tried. However, the quick fix is to use 1/2 packet at a time. I usually drink the whole packet over two settings to keep it from being too salty. Overall, they are worth it if you’re looking for an electrolyte mix.

Best flavor, highest sodium, lowest sugar out there! The best I’ve found
It’s what it says it is. I like that they don’t try to cover that it’s going to taste salty. They don’t add fake sugar to it, as far as I can tell. It’s one of the best electrolyte packets I’ve found – high in sodium, and low in sugar. I enjoy the flavors. My favorite is Raspberry Salt, so I’ve gone out and purchased those specifically, but this mixed pack is nice so you get to try the variety of flavors and none of them are bad. I like them all. My second favorite is Watermelon Salt, then I think it’s Lime Salt, then Orange Salt. (I might be slightly off on the last two’s names.) But again, none of them are “nasty”. They are some of the few I can get into my system fairly easily and I don’t dread them like others.I need the added sodium and electrolytes, per my docs, and this is one of the things I can do to, plus increase my water with it. My blood pressure is low naturally, and so I guess we need to increase my blood volume so I don’t faint, and this is one of the ways we’re working on doing so.I’ve tried several powders to add to my water to try increase my sodium, but this is the most pleasant by far. I’ve tried Liquid IV, which I really didn’t like because it has artificial sweetener which isn’t my fave and it just didn’t taste “right”. I added Crystal Light to those on order to drink them. I haven’t had to do that to the LMNT ones.I *have* added LMNT to my Starbucks lemonades in the drive through – the watermelon and raspberry in particular, and those mix well with the lemonade and tone down the saltiness a bit. (Plus the ice chilled it.) (I premixed the powder with water before mixing with the lemonade, I haven’t dropped the powders into the lemonade directly yet, without watering them down.)I usually just mix these into a bottle of room-temp or occasionally into refrigerated water and I’m good to go. They dissolve well, esp with the room-temp water, and after a bit, they become clear as water, so I try to mark the bottles with a sharpie, as my partner sometimes picks up my bottles of water and drinks them, so to avoid a surprise, I mark them, as they really do become crystal clear after sitting for a short while.I have only mixed then in 500mL (16.9oz) of water, so you can mix them with more (or less?) to adjust the saltiness. The packet says to mix with 16, 24, or 32 oz of water to adjust saltiness, but I’ve really never had an issue with the 16oz being too salty, tbh. The flavor is good and I need to get the salt in. If I need more, I’ll do another packet with another bottle of water.I just do what’s easiest and the flavor is good at that mix (16.9oz/500mL.)

Delicious flavors
LMNT is seriously the BEST electrolyte option out there. It has clean ingredients and also has great flavors that don’t taste too artificial or sweet. The salty-ness can be a little bit strong, so I typically pour a half a packet into about 12-16oz of water and it turns out great!

They work and they had a more salty taste. Many are too sweet. This was better for me. Can really recommend them!
