Good Ingredients
I ordered this for metabolic support. It’s packed with powerful amounts of Myo and D-Chiro Inositol, plus folate, CoQ10, DIM, and vitamin C. After use, the only downside is the four capsule dosage per day. It has no adverse taste & the veggie caps are average sized, making them easy to swallow. It’s a good value for a two month supply at the current price, $20.Though the ingredients don’t include fillers, Microingredients isn’t forthcoming about production. No statements about c-GMP or other manufacturing information such as animal testing policies are present on the labels. The listing’s product details mentions Made in USA, however, the label merely states ‘Distributed by,’ not where. Their website says they third party test, but results aren’t published & it’s also mentioned the brand’s a premier California based supplier of over 200 raw ingredients. These statements alone make it difficult to have much of an opinion about quality, other than what’s face value. The bottle I received has an 11 month shelf life. 4 stars for the formulation, -1 for lack of consumer disclosures.Though the product was provided under Amazon’s Vine program, I used the item as I would any purchase, and wrote an unbiased, honest review based on my experience.

4 Capsules A Day Inositol Supplement Product
I ordered this supplement because I had learned through research that inositol may be helpful for those in perimenopause (please note that I am currently using my husband’s Amazon account to write this review, as I order items under his account instead of creating an account for myself).When I ordered this item, I was looking for the best price for the amount of supplement capsules, in addition for the item to be made in the USA.Although this bottle comes with 240 capsules, one serving is 4 of them in one day, which last only 60 days. I wished I had caught this beforehand because it has been a pain to take 4 capsules in one day for me and would have rather taken 1 or 2 capsules (from a previous brand, I was taking 2 capsules per day, which was more manageable but unfortunately is brand is not available on Amazon right now, which is why I purchased this brand/ item).If you are good about taking your medication and supplements on a scheduled time throughout the day, then maybe this product is for you, but it definitely isn’t for me and wouldn’t recommend it.

Great Support Ingredients
This has a good mix of supplement ingredients for what I needed. I like that it is folate not folic acid. The capsule size was ok. I did not notice any tastes with it. I feel like it was effective for my use. I have been taking it these ingredients on and off to support hair loss and other issues.

It is hard to give a 5 star to a supplement. Hard to tell how it will improve your health over time. I am impressed that they put in folate and not folic acid. Folate is the real deal and does not cause miscarriages like folic acid. (Fact) Quantity wise these are a good buy giving you ample dosed ingredients. Time will tell. Good price.
