absolutely love this La Roche-Posay facial serum! It feels lightweight on the skin and absorbs very quickly without leaving any sticky residue. My skin looks smoother, more radiant, and feels deeply hydrated. I have noticed visible improvements in texture and overall glow after using it consistently.Even though I have sensitive skin, this product is very gentle and doesn’t cause irritation or breakouts. I really appreciate the high-quality ingredients and the fact that a little goes a long way. Magical.I recently saw a dermatologist regarding my middle aged face.She sent me out the door with a few samples of this and a few samples of sunscreens.Loved them all. But this. Wow. If you are treating your skin with prescriptions that cause redness or dryness but you must push through to see the results you want- use this too! Cicaplast B5 and this magical serum will have your skin feeling soft, smooth, moisturized and a whole lot happier.Initially, smoothing this into my skin feels luxurious and lovely. The serum moves easily, absorbs and feels hydrating. Immediately, my skin is happier. It’s even happier 20 minutes later. I put this on while getting ready for bed and in the morning after washing my face. 1 week in and I think there is a visible difference.I am using four new products on my face to help with the case of Getting Old and this is one of them. Cicaplast B5, a sunscreen and face wash- from this brand, La Roche-Posay. I never tried them till the dermatologist recommended and this brand seems fantastic.The dermatologist I saw was younger than me but her skin was amazing. She glowed and her skin was translucent and utterly blemish free. I was listening to everything she said and La Roche-Posay was her favorite brand for herself and to recommend. What else does she do to keep her skin supple and radiant? I should have asked!My skin has improved and I am buying another bottle for a friend and probably for my Mother.I do have sensitive skin (Oil of Olay moisturizer used to turn my face red and burn like fire). La Roche Posay products have been excellent and irritant free. Recommended! Try it. It’s good.(I have tried Chanel’s La Blanc line. Lancome. Philosophy. Murad. I like the La Blanc face wash and everything Shiseido. Everything else was forgettable and ineffective.)The La Roche Posay products I have used make me curious to try more of their products.

NO BREAK OUTS! lightweight, non-sticky, and soothing!
I discovered this brand from my flight attendant friend coz her skin is so amazing that she doesnt even wear foundation!!! So I started using Mela B3 as part of my La Roche-Posay set, and this serum is the one I reach for every morning and night. My main concern was that my skin got darker from constant sun exposure while cleaning our pool in the Florida heat. And this brand is really helping me to bring back my lighter skin!!!What I like about Mela B3 is that it feels lightweight, non-sticky, and soothing. No burning, no stinging, and no breakouts which was my biggest worry. It layers well under my other la roche serums and moisturizer, and after a few weeks, I’ve noticed my skin tone looks more even and some areas of discoloration are starting to fade!!! This is my second bottle. It actually did fade a large age spot on my face, but only the one. I do have several age spots, but they’re not near as noticeable as the one it faded. I don’t notice any change in my skin texture or brightness. It hasn’t caused any irritation and the quality seems to be good and consistent. I do have to say that it is a little pricey for the amount you get.

I absolutely love the scent and the way it brightens my skin, not oily feeling at all, it is a bit of a luxury for myself for the price, but it leaves the skin so nice and moisturized that I will try to keep buying it. I do consider it a luxury item.

Great Product- love the whole line.
I’m on my 2nd bottle and this (along with the cleanser and sunscreen) is key at keeping my hormone related melasma at bay. Am I 100% clear? No- but with consistent use of this line since last fall, my melasma was less intense than past summers and the amount it’s faded in a month since more summer sun exposure is amazing to me. I also have that “one spot” on my cheekbone that I see many women of my age group develop, and it’s fading that nicely as well.If I had one wish, it wouldn’t be scented, but it’s not completely unpleasant. The product goes on well and leaves my skin soft. I always use what is left on my fingertips after application on the back of my hands and forearms, hoping to ward off aging spots just a little!

Me encanta este serum, aunque es algo caro es el sitio donde mas barato lo he visto. Lo utilizo una vez cada dos días y he notado mucho la diferencia. Me deja la cara mucho mejor. Me lo echo antes de acostarme y cuando se me ha secado me echo crema para que se fije. muy buen producto.

I’ve always been quite skeptical about cosmetic products — they often seem to promise more than they actually deliver. However, my experience with the Mela B3 Serum has been surprisingly positive.I’ve had melasma since the birth of my daughter, more than ten years ago, so I don’t expect it to disappear overnight with just one product. After about 30 days of consistent use, I noticed — and confirmed through photos — that the darker spots became slightly lighter, and some of the lighter ones have partially faded.I use the serum twice a day (morning and night), after cleansing my face with La Roche-Posay Purifying Wash, followed by sunscreen, which I reapply throughout the day.I plan to keep using it and hope to see even better results over time. I believe this is the kind of product that shows its best effects with long-term use and careful sun protection.It’s also worth mentioning that I have rosacea, which had recently flared up quite badly. Since starting Mela B3 Serum, my rosacea has improved significantly — I’d say by around 70%. The redness, affected area, discomfort, and itching have all decreased noticeably. Overall, I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in my rosacea.

The product lasted me over two months using it twice a day. It did improve the texture of my skin making it look a lot softer! I think it contributed to reducing my pores. It didn’t help that much to remove small areas of melasma, but I guess I will need a stronger product for it. I would say it is worth to buy but I also think there’s other brands out there you can get for less and gives you the same result. If I can get it with discount I will get if again for sure!!
