I took for 4 months just to make sure I gave it time to work… and it didn’t. I saw absolutely zero change this product was a complete waste of money. No change in energy level, no weight loss, no real gains in strength. I watched basically an infomercial for this product and it sounded good with strong research into the ingredients but for me this was completely useless, Like I said just a waste of money. I not only will never buy this product but I will never buy anything from this company,
