Very Happy!
Package is clear to read. Sealed well, and easy to open. Capsules are not huge but no small. See picture for reference I posted. The expiration date is 2028. The capsules are thick walled so they make it too where they should for absorption. Price is very appealing.I was using another high end brand. It just was getting too expensive. I switched to this brand, Allcoovita, under the advise from my nutritionist. Its given me even better results. I take 2 capsules with dinner. I use them to calm the nerves in my legs as I have peripheral neuropathy. Without the extra magnesium, my legs are a mess. It also helps me to sleep. It takes away the racing thoughts and calms me. So far I am very pleased with the product and do intend on sticking with this brand. A great product at a fair price!

Two gummies equal 1000 mg, but I only use 500 mg which is sufficient for my needs. These are the BEST tasting gummies that I ever had. The 500 mg pills became impossible to swallow so this was a great find for me. One gummy at bedtime for GI issues each day and I’m set. I tried liquid magnesium before and it was gross. These are price comparable with other nutritional gummie supplements.

Great alternative to nasty chalky supplements
I have a medical condition that requires me to take calcium supplements multiple times daily. So happy to have a gummy form over the other chalky, crunchy tabs that were very hard for me to stomach. I do however believe the absorbency rate isn’t as effect as the chalky ones so I have to take extra.

This is one of the better magnesium’s I’ve bought. It definitely makes me sleepy, and I’m able to sleep well. I take magnesium all the time and have dried different brands. I like this one !

Gummies easy to chew and swallow
These gummies are easy to chew but have a weird taste. I was only taking one of them at first because it was hard to just take them by themselves. I’ve grown more accustomed to the taste of them but I’m not a huge fan. I probably won’t buy them again although everybody’s taste buds are different so somebody else may like them more than I do. I usually just take my other vitamins that are also gummies with these at the same time and then the taste does not affect me. They’re not terrible and I would definitely keep taking the ones that I have until they’re gone it’s just a preference I do not notice any difference in taking them so far.
