What a great supplement for perimenopause
This supplement is a two month supply. The dose is two pills a day. I take these at night and before I started taking this I felt like I was melting from the inside out. This supplement completely changed my life. I still make sure to only wear cotton or linen and wool, but I no longer feel like I’m going to self combust and although I may feel warm at times, it is not the oven I was living before this supplement. I’m on subscription with this supplement and I won’t ever EVER stop taking it.

The capsules are easy to swallow and there haven’t been any nasty after-effects. For what the bottle offers and the results she’s experienced, it seems like a well formulated choice. This was the only inositol supplement my Naturopath determined was good for me, of three I brought in to be tested. Fortunately, I have a generous 3-bottle supply. The name of the product has changed from “Women’s Balance” to “DIM,” but the ingredients and amounts are the same. DIM stands for Diindolylmethane, which according to the page, “help(s) regulate estrogen metabolism, reduce hormonal acne, and support a healthy cycle—great for women seeking hormone balance for women, or (to be an) androgen blocker for women PCOS support. As an herbalist and nutritionist, I had never heard of this ingredient, nor its effects…But the hormonal symptom I have been taking this for has been steadily, if slowly, improving.

It caused me to have extreme fatigue, extremely swollen breast (we’re talking at least a full cup. I tried taking half the dose but it produced the same result. Ultimately just not for me!
