Good for thinning hair
I am prone to hair loss being that I have very fine hair. I’ve been taking this everyday for 2 weeks and I see I have baby hair growing. I am hoping to one day be able to pick my hair up in a ponytail without feeling self conscious of my thin hair. It’s a good product.

Hands down the BEST biotin out there! (IMO)
Hands down the best brand of biotin I’ve ever taken. It doesn’t cause me to breakout, had fantastic results with hair growth and it comes with a 4 month supply! What more could you ask for? I don’t have progress pictures but I will come back and update when I finish this bottle.

Perfect vitamin ingredients for me
This really works. Took about a month and a half for results but my nails are stronger and grow faster. My hair is getting thicker and I don’t see my scalp as bad now. Still taking it and my hair is doing great.

Love this brand of biotin! I’m 6 months in and I have found that it’s helped the healthy of my hair and the growth( 6+ inches of new hair growth). The 2 cons for me was biotin increased my need to drink/pee more and the biotin pills liked to stick to each other. Overall, a very good vitamin brand!

I love these biotin supplements. They are actually very small and I can swallow them very easily. I take 2 a day since 10000mcg is the daily recommend maximum intake of biotin and my hair, nails, and skin have seen a significant difference.My hair suffers a lot mostly because I love to experiment with color and bleach my roots every 2-3 months. In the past when I did this before the biotin I noticed that my hair was stunted in growth. It was hard to even grow a quarter of an inch a month and it was stressful to see. I tried everything from eating better to not touching my hair all together but it didn’t help much. After introducing the biotin to my daily routine I can say that the biotin now helps me grow 3/4 of an inch each month. I can comfortably get a trim from my trusted hairdresser and not have to worry about my hair not growing. I used to have thin hair to where my scalp was noticeable but now my hair has grown out thicker and more strands seem to be growing out and you can no longer see big gapping holes in my hairline. I will say that although the hair on my head grows faster, the hair everywhere else does as well. I don’t mind that so much, but for those people who don’t want to keep up with shaving then I would not suggest this for you.My nails have never been brittle, but before the biotin I would say they were average. I never worried about them chipping but after the biotin my nails are absolutely amazing. Not only do they grow very fast, but they are also rock solid. I cannot bend them and they cannot be peeled or picked at either. I do notice that when I have to cut my nails that if I’m not careful they do go flying off because I need to apply so much force to cut them.My skin has also seen great improvements as well. My skin before was a sickly pale color. I’m fair skinned so everything is completely noticeable if I have a problem. Ive gone through severe acne as a teen, I still have redness around my noise and cheeks, I still suffer from acne as an adult, And I produce more oil than you can imagine. I’ve always had problems. Before buying I was wary of all those reviewers who commented that buying this for acne prone skin was a bad combination, but I did not have that problem. Although I do suffer from acne, it has calmed quite a bit, but the biotin actually helped the health of my skin substantially. I have a nice, healthy color now, my skin isn’t as oily, and I have less breakouts since starting the biotin. For those of you who are scared of the biotin creating breakouts and cystic acne I would recommend boat loads of water. I will say that I am not shy in the amount of water I consume. I estimate a gallon everyday. I actually tested my theory out to see if water played a role in creating the acne. I purposefully drank less water than I normally would and lo and behold cystic acne appeared. They were painful, but once I began to consume the amount of water I would regularly I noticed no acne and the cystic pimples that appeared started to shrink.Overall, drink a lot of water, expect to see changes all over your body, and if your having a bad reaction to the biotin then stop taking it. I know that what works for me will not work for everyone, but I love this product and recommend it to anyone who is looking for stronger skin, hair and nails.

I got a haircut recently and didn’t know how to feel about it so I tried biotin and I’ve only been on it for a week and have seen amazing progress in a short amount of time and a lot of growth and fullness! I high recommended this product and my skin looks awesome and is finally clearing up!!! I bought the maximum strength. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again!

Not exactly what I expected
I’m torn on what to rate this. My hair does seem to be growing well since I’ve been using this biotin, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference in nail strength or health, they are still thinking and tend to peel a lot. My skin is also not seeing any changes. But I’m happy with my hair so trying to keep the faith that the rest will change soon. I haven’t noticed an increased energy level at at.As far as the capsules themselves, they have the slightest sweet flavor, stay in their shape in the heat, though I do have to give the container a shake occasionally, nothing really melts. They are a pale white-ish somewhat clear color.

Ummmm alright. I’m a huge skeptic when it comes to ANY product that promotes hair growth, etc. However, as a 25 year old male with a DECENT full beard I found myself looking and researching all over about the different types of things I can use/do to help my beard and mustache grow even thicker. I read good things about Biotin products, and after doing some digging on Amazon I decided to go with this Biotin product.I’ve been using this product (5000mcg) daily since late October 2020, and either I’m going crazy or this stuff seriously actually works (FOR ME). I haven’t changed anything in terms of diet, physical activity, sleep schedule, etc. The only difference in the last two months is that I started taking this product, and I swear to you my hair everywhere on my body is growing much darker, thicker, and even longer. I’m not only talking about my beard though, I’m talking everything! Pubic areas, chest, back, arms, etc. Granted, I already grow hair in all of these places but for the most part it’s not much; however in the last 2 months I notice a much darker thick colour to the hairs in these places, making it more noticeable. I truly believe that I see a pretty big difference in myself and my hair growth when using this product, but what seals the deal for me is my wife noticing WITHOUT ME EVEN MENTIONING that I’ve been taking Biotin. I told her about it when she noticed that I’m becoming a bit more hairy, but it just confirms my case when using this product.What I’d like readers (if there are any hah) to keep in mind is that: I already had a full beard and long hair and hair on the rest of my body. My beard just wasn’t overly thick and dark like I wanted it to be, and my body hair is not much. I imagine that if you already have pretty good or decent hair genes, that a product like this can help accelerate that a little bit, which I believe to be my case. I’m fortunate enough to have good hair throughout my family, but this product seems to be helping me better achieve my goals for my facial hair.Needless to say that I’ve been a very happy customer so far, and will now be ordering my second bottle to make sure I don’t run out. The only question is whether I risk stepping up to the 10,000mcg dose or not… HahaP.s I know this is an important aspect as well, which is the pill size. The pills are very very small, if I can take them ANYONE can (yes, even you who has the fear of taking pills like I did for my whole life). This is actually a good pill to get comfortable with, and acquainted with swallowing pills. It helped me overcome that odd “phobia”. Great pill size, pretty decent taste too being it’s coconut oil, and just a darn good product overall.

My mother-in-law was using this and felt it helped with her thinning hair and brittle fingernails. She suggested it to me about a year ago and I have been taking it ever since. I know my nails are stronger and I can say that my hair is no thinner in this time period. I don’t honestly know if it is any thicker. I recommend it.
