Just got these Myo-Inositol and D-chiro Inositol Gummy vitamins from MCHOKU, so I have only been taking them a few days.I ordered these mostly to support my Hair and Skin Heath and Immune system. I have Hashimoto’s , so keeping my immune system strong is a must—especially since I am a flight Attendant and surrounded by germs at hotels and on the aircrafts.I love that these vitamins are Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Halal, Vegan and an all in one formula! I’m going to keep taking these for at least 6 months to see if it helps me out in any way. You can’t just take a supplement for one month and complain that you don’t notice a difference.So far, I am loving these teddy bear shaped gummies and I appreciate that it is a 2 pack for the excellent fair price that it is.The seller’s page is impressive, love all the info they provide in each photo is helpful and that it is presented so pretty in pink. Here’s what’s to like about these …
Cannot believe how many Myo-Inositol supplements are on the market!It’s so hard to choose which ones are best. I do find these products help me hormonally.If you are a fan of gummies, this Mchokuu Myo-Inositol supplement might work out well for you.The flavor is yummy with Stevia and Monk Fruit extracts as sweeteners and a natural raspberry flavoring. They are easy to chew and do not stick to my teeth.Two gummies have 250% of the Daily Value for D3 and 6250% of the daily value of a methylated form of B12 so it’s important to look at whether you will want to take your multivitamin while taking this supplement. Too much of a good thing may not be good.There’s also 100mg of organic Ashwagandha and 100 mg of Chasteberry (no ratio or whether it is the fruiting body provided). I deducted a star for that.Added photos of the full label as there is no contact info provided and that is required for cGMP. However GMP is noted on the label along with “third party tested” and Halal 100% – so not sure what to say about the quality other than there is no odd taste or odor.So, overall these seem to be good gummies but I like to see a little more detail on the label such as contact info and the ratios for the extracts provided. Hope the photos and this review help you decide if these might be the right gummies for you. Here’s to your health!
