If you practice ZEN or any form of sitting meditation this is perfect for position and pain free practice. I’m chronologically a older person and comfort is paramount. This answers that need perfectly. Thank you for this exalent product!

I love my Bean meditation pad and pillow. I could not be more pleased. I meditate on them every morning. I am a senior citizen and relatively new to meditation – this Bean set is both supportive and comfortable. The cover is washable and the pillow has a handy strap for carrying. I purchased the less expensive cotton covers (rather than the hemp).

So I finally broke down and got myself a nice place to sit while meditating. Now I wish I had done this years ago!!!! It actually makes my meditations infinitely better because I’m no longer distracted by aching knees or feet. Why did I wait so long?!?!??Quality seems very good. Appearance is plain, but it’s not something that needs to draw any attention to it. Value seems good. There are way more expensive options out there, but why spend extra $$ when this does the job and does it so well? I love it and the improved posture and comfort are worth every penny!

The product came as described.The beauty is the seat pillow is separate from the pad which gives the option to use one or the other or both as needed.This is a great tool to upgrade your meditation practice and worth the investment.The covers are removable making it easy to wash if needed and have tagging to assist in directions of care.Quality material to include zippers.The seat is filled with buckwheat husks and comes filled so there is enough material to adjust the thickness to meet one’s comfort needs.The size should meet most practitioners needs and the seat cushion also has a little built in strap handle for easy transport.The only thing missing from this solution is a sticky yoga mat which would be a nice total package offering if the company wants to provide such an offering.Great purchase and you get the value for your investment! Even my cat claimed it as soon as I set it up so I’m happy the covers are washable! 🤣

Very comfortable, good for the price.
The oval zafu is filled just enough to be firm, but not so much as to be uncomfortably so. The zabuton is nice- maybe a little lower on the quality scale than I expected- I was hoping for slightly more fill, and the tufts are made with these white strings that don’t look fantastic. Overall, though, both are very comfortable and great for the price.

Very comfortable. I am new to meditation, I recently turned 62, and comfort while sitting in position is short term, after a few minutes discomfort comes ruining the whole process.I went on a search for a meditation matt set up that would be comfortable enough for me to let go, I didn’t want anything synthetic. I am here to tell you this setup is fantastic and a must for anyone having issues finding a comfortable relaxed meditation position. I saw the review saying it was not big enough, I am 6′ and is plenty big enough for me.

Luxurious perfection!
I’m working with physical therapy to allow more mobility in my right hip. Cannot sit cross legged or do figure 4 stretch on right side easily. This pillow and cushion allows me to sit cross legged and work on right side hip mobility. The pillow is the perfect firmness and provides stability while ankles are crossed or in butterfly position in comfort on the mat. The mat has a separate cover and it’s all made of strong canvas fabric. Glad I chose this one. I put it against a chair or sofa for a backrest to sit for several minutes at a time.
