This is a very good quality Zinc
This is a great brand! I work in an Urgent Care and I’m around a LOT of sick people,I started to feel sick so I ordered this and took it immediately and the same day my sore throat went away and I felt back to normal. I’ve been talking one tablet every day and so far I haven’t gotten sick I can’t believe how well this stuff works.

A lot of people started taking zinc back in 2020, realizing importance of supporting the immune system.Someone in my family was diagnosed with a deficiency in zinc, and the difference it makes is pretty evident in their situation.Because of this, we decided this brand’s zinc is the one we choose to stick with. It seems to do what is needed, and absorb at a nice rate. (Still, some food on the stomach is generally recommended when taking zinc.)Hope this simple review is helpful. OK, a very good source of zinc but I don’t know why they make them so large, how much of it is unnecessary bulking agent? I think they could be half the size and contain the same amount of zinc – unless it is there for digestion/absorption?

I take one tablet along with my breakfast on every alternate day for 3 weeks and pause for one week and then repeat the above cycle.Tablet size is slightly big. Always consult your doctor or check your blood reports to determine if you need additional supplements.
