I’ve been taking this multivitamin for over 2 years now, and it wasn’t until very recently that I realized the serving size for daily use is THREE tablets, making the 90 pills a monthly supply or the 180 pills a 2 month supply.The price still isn’t bad considering this new revelation, but taking 3 of these already large pills is a bit much. It clearly shows it in a picture of the bottle, but doesn’t say anything other than “90 pills” in the description.On the plus side, I might see higher benefit from taking the actual dosage now.Learn from my mistake and don’t just assume your multivitamin is a once-per-day!

These r good vitamins, I lift weights, but they are too big and the dosage is 3!!! It’s crazy they stick in my esophagus and causing acid reflux or heart burn. I gave the bottle away today!!!

Great vitamin, great price
Ive taken a lot of multivitamins over the years. A lot of them are over priced, have either too much or too little of what you need. I found this one is a great balance of vitamin content at an excellent price. The serving size is 3 pills, but I only take 2 unless im consuming extra due to being sick. The pill size are what’s to be expected for what you get out of the vitamin so they’re relaitvely easy to swallow. Ive never had a bad batch since ive been ordering. Unless something changes, this will continue to be my go to multivitamin subscription.

This product is next level. I’m using this multi vitamin since few weeks. I’m feeling so good about it. I feel energetic it’s not about my workout at gym. Even when I’m in the work place, I can perform my duties without being exhausted. I can sleep better. I didn’t change my meals or I didn’t consume anything extra except this multi vitamin.
