The best!!!
I haven’t done a review in a minute so bear with me. I’m 39 years old and I never ever had long nails. They would break and be brittle. I tried everything from dipping my nail in warm olive oil every night (old folk tale) to other brands collagen, booting, prenatal- you name it. Even tried nail polish with “vitamins” and such. Nothing. I also do my blood work regularly (every 6months) and I’m never low on anything like calcium and others. I’ve decided to try this brand of collagen because of the anti aging. Boy, what a surprise. I can finally grow nails and it’s so weird -good kind of weird- to me! It’s so new to have long nails and to see them not breaking and brittle! I never did fake nails either so this is a new experience to me. I hope this helps and I hope these pills make wonder for you as well.Ps: it took about 2 months to see results: I didn’t take 3, just one in AM and 1 in PMPS 2: I’m not paid to write this review nor do I receive any benefits from the company for writing this review.

Read this if your a Beginner
I love this project! Before buying it on Amazon I brought this project in CVS that had more capsules that last for 90 days. When buying this product on Amazon, there was no other options of how many days and how many capsules it was only 90 capsules for 30 days. I didn’t realize when buying it I’ll only last for a month. Which unfortunately has made me looking into different products that have more capsules that will last a lot longer for me to save time and money. The product is very cheap and very great as a starter for a month. And it has made my skin more clear less pimples and it also has helped my hair grow. It doesn’t taste like anything, but it’s OK. Swallowing the product of itself is OK although having to swallow three capsules every single day and remember it’s a little bit more challenging but other than that it’s a great product as a starter, but not a great product if you already have taken this product before and it has More capsules and lasts longer days other than that, it is cheap. It’s affordable for a beginner.

Great Source of Collagen
I really like these collagen pills. I’ve noticed when I don’t take them my skin breaks out more and my nail growth slows. It does take time for this to happen, about 3 months. Then I switched products and it didn’t feel as if the new product was working as well. I switched back and started to see a difference in a week or two. I have been using these for 8ish months now, and love them as part of my daily routine. I do only take the minimum (three pills) a day. They don’t really smell and I haven’t purposely tasted them. Overall very effective product.
