This stuff is pretty good.
It mixes well with my coffee. There’s no taste to it and I’ve had it every day for about three weeks. I noticed that I’m more money regular. As a matter of fact, I go to the bathroom a few times in the day. It seems to keep my digestive track clear. No gas, no bloating. Which is what I wanted it to do.

I order this pretty much every month. It dissolves easily & has no flavor so I just add it to my morning coffee. It is colorless and odorless & really does help if looking for an easy to take fiber and prebiotic. I’ve been using for a few years and am still happy with this product.

I may have wrote a review prior to this but now I know what I want to say. This is my 7 jar I just got today. A couple months ago I tried something different I don’t know why lol.I immediately went back to this one. The other did not work as good. I always had trouble with my stomach, bloating, sickness, just bad feeling. When I started this I noticed a bit of difference but if you hang in there it works. My belly is not bloated any longer my sick feeling is gone. This is the best.

I’ve been searching for a good fiber supplement for a while, and I’m happy I found GOBIOTIX. The taste is mild and easy to mix into smoothies, oatmeal, or just water. It dissolves well without that gritty texture you get with some other brands. After about a week of use, I noticed a real difference in my digestion — everything feels more “regular,” if you know what I mean. It’s also nice knowing I’m supporting my gut health naturally.
