My Favorite Sugar-Free Hydration PacketsI’ve tried a lot of hydration accelerators, and HydroMate is my favorite so far. My doctor recommended adding an electrolyte drink to help with low blood pressure and to encourage me to hydrate more, so I’ve been using one stick daily. The flavors are genuinely good (no weird aftertaste), they dissolve quickly, and I love that it’s sugar-free and zero calories. Great taste. Bought these for a marketing basket for work and started getting them for my family. My husband and kids like the flavors too. The product dissolves easily and helps with hydration. They are less expensive than other electrolyte packets and fits better in my budget.

These are the best flavors that we have ever tried for hydration packets. Highly recommend.After a hot day this is the most effectiveness for hydration.If I had any requests it would be that we could get a package of 1 flavor.

Repurchased multiple times. They aren’t too sweet. Love the variety. But I will say I mix with at least 32 ounces. It’s a little strong for anything less for me. But I fill a water bottle, drop one of these in and it’s great.

I don’t really feel these are very effective when it comes to hydration
I purchased these to try out, since I am currently taking other hydration pack, and always in search of great ones, that offers different tasty flavors. So I decided to gave these a try. It taste okay, although, I think they used artificial flavorings to achieve that “sweetness” taste, which I am not a fan of. Since I personally do not like nor consume alternative or artificial sweetener to sub for actual sugar, I would have prefer the real sugar, but just in smaller quantities. Since I am just not a fan of the artificial sweetener, because, they taste “artificial”.
