How did the 321 STRONG Massage Roller come to be?
My own physical therapy journey suffered as a result of the tools available at the time.
Smooth rollers, and half rollers didn’t help me overcome lower back pain. This lead to our own 321 STRONG massage roller offering, which has undergone several evolutions before finally becomming the product before you today.
We’ve invested heavily into R&D and have made many innovative improvements to the massage roller in the 10 years since its release.

My first foam roller and was surprised how hard they are. Works well and cracks my back taking out tension and pain. Don’t need the chiropractor any more!

Excellent quality roller & should hold up for quite a while. You will get a lot of use out of it.I would consider this a “High density” roller and the firmness/ridges may be too intense for someone just starting out.Compact and lightweight.

Major help for my back issues
Major help with my mid and lower back issues., after rolling my back on it like a conveyor belt for several days consistently, in 5–10-minute increments each day. The only thing I would recommend to folks is to use this on a flat surface, don’t use this on carpet, or it’s not going to be leveled and effective. For reference, I’m 6.1 about 265.

This is a great roller. I was afraid it wouldn’t be long enough compared to others but it’s perfect allowing it to be stored easily . Foam center makes it sturdy. I had never used one before but the chiropractor like popping in my back makes this purchase 100% worth it.
