Love this brand of matcha. Very subtle earthy taste. Taste great with any milk of your choice. No clumps when sifted with a strainer.

My daughter recommended I try Matcha, so I ordered this brand because it’s organic. I like it – but I do find if I am not using my frothing “whip” it can be clumpy.

Not ceremonial matcha
First of all it is culinary, not ceremonial grade matcha. Color is not bright green, but yellow. Tastes and smells like a hay not matcha. Tried to make matcha late- not possible, foam dissolves making just a muddy drink. Not expensive if we compare with a high quality Japanese matcha. Will not buy again.

It didn’t look as vibrant green that I’m used to. It didn’t taste as .. rich and I thought it would. I’ve definitely had “matcha” worse than this, but this wasn’t that great either. It’s a great middle of the road.
