Great relief from Tension!
I enjoy using the roller that i can roll on my thighs and lower extremities. However, the bigger one that you use on the floor exercises, I’m not able to use due to my scoliosis. I shifted mine in terrible fall i inquire so that limits me. However, my granddaughters use it and it helps them with their sore backs. The exercise bands I haven’t got to try just yet. But, I’m eager too soon. The hard ball i use on my feet to relax them while being on them all day. I would recommend it’s a great product. My massage therapist referred me to get it. So glad I did.

We are using these for PT. Our PT therapist recommends that we purchase this to use for massaging the muscles in our child’s leg due to EDS causing muscle spasms. So far they have held up well, she can use them herself.
