Compact, easy to use and store
I absolutely love these weights! You can convert from kettlebell to dumbells and back again. Very simple to use and transform. Dumbells sit inside kettlebell case and are easily removed by pressing button latch to open the case. Each individual weight weighs 1 pound. You have 12 – 1 pound weights for a total of 12 pounds. You can adjust the dumbells and kettlebell to the weight you desire simply. by pushing the button on the side of the weight and sliding it off. You can also add weight by sliding a weight into place on top of another until you hear the “click” to know that it is locked in place and ready to go. I would suggest adding weight to the dumbells while they are not inside the kettlebell case because the case itself can obstruct the process. The outer casing of the dumbells and kettlebell are made of plastic. Not quite sure what the interior weight is composed of – liquid or solid? Easy to use, compact and convenient to take with you wherever you go (except maybe an airplane?), and easy to clean. Not too crazy about the pink color but hey, they are only weights right? As to the quality and durability, they are currently being put to the test and I will report the results in an update. You can work many parts of the body with these two weight variations. A nice weight set for someone who is constantly on the go or travels alot and does not necessarily want to hit the local gym or hotel gym in every town he/she visits.

These weight are absolutely beautiful! they don’t take up much space and have many ways to use them. They are a great value for money. It’s fairly easy to change out the weight on the dumbbells. They are well structured and enjoy having these in my living room. They’re pretty nice and don’t give an eyesore.

Great design, but limited
This is a really nicely designed weight system, just wish it were heavier or that additional weight clips could be added. It’s really easy to add or remove weight and nice that you can separate each and use as barbells or combined into the single kettlebell. It’s 11 lbs in total, so once you’ve hit the exercises at that lower weight, you can’t do anything else with it.
