Great taste and super easy to take! After a couple of weeks, I noticed less bloating and more regular digestion. Love that it combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics all in one gummy.

Best Biotic gummies on the market
I’ve been taking these gummies since August after being recommended to take Benefiber, I decided to try out Align instead because Benefiber only had Prebiotic and Probiotic, and this one even included Postbiotic which helps boost your immune health. The fact that Align has all 3 biotics was enough for me to try them out. They definitely work, and taste good. I’m glad I tried them out, and if you’re looking for something to help out with your gut health, Align 3-in-1 is the best you can get.

These taste great and are not grainy. Could tell an improvement in symptoms within a week.

Too expensive
Seems like a great product. I don’t like how the dosage is 2 gummies, plus it says to take 2 servings a day. So with it being $30 for a bottle of 50… if you take the proper dosage, that’s only around 12 days worth. Pretty expensive imo.

Mixed review – acne issue?
These gummies taste nice and they seem to be making some changes to my digestion. The dosing is a little confusing to me, it says to take 2 gummies and to have 2 servings per day. Each serving is 2, so I take that to mean to have a total of 4 gummies per day. Which would be crazy because the bottle would only last 12.5 days. My bowels seem to be moving, which leads me to believe the product is working. I’m in my 40s and don’t generally have acne, but my chin has several currently and I can only attribute it to Align, since nothing else has changed. So, my review is mixed. I plan to finish the bottle (I’m on day 11) and probably purchase another similar product next time.
