Very effective and fast acting for real joint pain – especially great with double dose, combined with tart cherry and fish oil
This works. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my joints. I took this each day along with 3 fish oil pills by Spring Valley that I got on sale from CVS and 4 tart cherry pills by Amazing Formulas (1000 mg), which I also ordered from Amazon, and my joints are so much better. It is a serious thing when you step on your ankle and it feels like it can’t hold you or navigate up the stairs and your knees are not feeling strong. I haven’t felt those issues noticeably since I started taking the comb including this supplement. I take two pills daily instead of one as recommended on the bottle. It didn’t take long to take effect. My biggest challenge is making sure I don’t miss taking them. I don’t want those kind of problems to return. I do confess that I once the joint pain subsided, at times I do skip days. While this is not good on my part, I am glad to see that the symptoms are not quick to return.

Preventative maintenance
I take this supplement because I am in my 60s and need help with joint pain and keeping my skin hydrated. I don’t know that I have noticed a significant difference just by take this, as I take other supplements (turmeric & glucosamine) as well to help with all that. I am pretty active and doing all I can to stay that way.

I have been taking this product for years and at the times I have run out or decided I would quit taking it, my body let me know the product had been working . I immediately reordered and have not quit taking it nor have I run out of it since. It definitely makes a difference in the pain I feel or do not feel. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is having chronic issues with pain in any form.
