This instead of bloom for sure
This is wonderful so far and I’m on like day 4 so I think with weeks/months of this stuff I’ll probably feel really good. I was having a lot of bloating and constipation and this has helped tons with going to the bathroom on a daily basis which was not the case before. The bloating is still here but I literally just started it a few days before my period and it’s only like day 4 of taking it so I can’t give a review on that yet but I’ll update in a few weeks or month in regards to the bloating. Taste wise, it honestly tastes like bloom without the natural sweetener & fruit flavor and I can drink it without a problem only because I’m thinking of the benefits but it won’t be easy for the picky ones!! So if you can take this taste to save some money bc bloom is expensive as heck I would say go for it. If you’re really picky about taste, just opt for bloom. I’d rather save my coins though. I mix 1 teaspoon with 16 oz of water. I feel so healthy yasssss

I’m sure this is good for you because anything that taste that bad and don’t kill you has to be strengthening something. Taste like you’d imagine dirt around a outhouse to taste like. Speaking of which, you better have one if you go outside because once this hits, you’re not making it back inside…Had me stiff legging it all the way…they didn’t mention it was a laxative. That’s why I gave it 3 stars because you can get a good cleaning out with this stuff. Colonoscopy prep ain’t got nothing on this. But it does have some good ingredients and was affordable.

Super awesome super greens! Tastes great in smoothies or simply with juice. I take a tsp with grapefruit juice or apple juice in the morning to start my day and I love it.
