I’ve been using the Amazon Basic Care Acetaminophen PM Caplets for a while now, and they’ve worked well for me. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and the combination of pain relief plus a gentle sleep aid helps on nights when aches make it hard to rest. The dosage is clear 2 pills for adults and one bottle lasts a long time with 100 caplets inside. My only complaint is the cap. It’s child-proof, but honestly it feels adult-proof too. Sometimes it takes a little extra effort and patience to get it open, especially if you’re tired or dealing with pain. Other than that, the product does exactly what it promises and is a good value for the price. A solid choice if you need occasional pain relief and help falling asleep.
