I really enjoy the flavor of these gummies! The texture is not at all bad either (texture is typically what will ruin a vitamin gummy for me). The flavor may be a bit tangy for some people, but for me they hit the balance of sweet and sour just right.I’ve no way to measure the effectiveness of the vitamin aspect of them, but the label seems to show that it has what I need it to have, and that’s good enough for me! …I’ll happily take a bit more than the recommended amount sometimes though, just in case. ;)Big fan of the price as well; will continue to repurchase!

So I UNDERSTAND the ingredients labels on things like this and I’m very selective about what products I choose to put in my mouth. MOST vitamin brands try to scam you by cramming 500% US RDA amount of B vitamins and even most of the metallic nutrients in there, because they think customers are all stupid and will get excited by bigger numbers. But it turns out that if you get TOO MUCH of anything – even vitamins – it can be TOXIC. Particularly for metals like copper, zinc, selenium, and chromium. Remember this is NOT a meal-replacement, you will still be getting some of your nutrients from your normal meals. It’s just supposed to be a supplement, to fill in the gaps if you’re skimping on your vitamin D or A or something like that.SO this specific one does NOT try to scam you with bigger numbers. Instead they use REASONABLE amounts of all their vitamins and minerals. HEALTHY levels. So you don’t have to worry about accidentally getting copper poisoning from your vitamins with this brand… but with certain OTHER brands that happens a lot more often than most people think it does.The directions say “take 2 per day” but honestly 1 per day is ENOUGH if you are also eating food like a human being does. You can safely take a second one per day if you feel like it though.They are GUMMIES. As such they have to be stored somewhere DRY. If humidity finds them, they will start to dissolve in the air, and they will end up fusing together into one big gummy blob in the jar. Then you’ll have to shove a fork in there to pry one gummy off of the fused mass. If humidity is a problem in your home, look for tablets instead of gummies.Remember: 500% of the recommended daily value for your vitamins and minerals COULD BE DANGEROUS AND MAKE YOU SICK. You only need a total of 100% per day. That does not mean “100% just from your gummy vitamins” though, it means a COMBINED 100% TOTAL from everything you eat or drink that day. If you’re eating a lot of meat anyway, you probably don’t need any more iron or protein than that because the meat gives you enough of both. If you’re eating a lot of spinach, then you probably don’t need any extra vitamin A or K from your gummies. And if you ate cereal for breakfast and pasta for dinner, then you don’t need any more B vitamins from your gummies because most commercial bakeries ADD B VITAMINS to “enrich” their flour.
