Tastes good and really works
I’ve bought these a few times now and keep coming back to them. The flavors are actually really good—no weird aftertaste—and they make it easy to get my fiber in without having to mix powders or take big pills. The price is great for how well they work. Definitely worth it!

Getting older has it’s issues and needing fiber is definitely one of them.I have tried other fiber gummies and they are ok. The Amazon brand has more “punch” in it”s fiber content for me.I take 4 of these and they work very, very well. Very easy to chew, they dont stick to my teeth, and they dissolve well while chewing them.They are sized well enough to pop 2 in my small sized mouth at a time.The results are not instant. I take 4 before bed and have results the next day. Sometimes I need to add a fiber bar (I can “feel” how much fiber I need), sometimes these are enough on their own. I believe the key is taking in fiber on a regular, daily schedule. I’ve noticed also using these has helped with dryness (sorry for the tmi, but it is important), so no need for stool softeners.Flavors are pretty good. The citrus are yummy. The red color, not so much. But I pop in a citrus to cover the flavor of a red one at the same time and it works.EXCELLENT value compared to name brands. I like these enough to use subscribe & save.

Economical fiber gummy option
Pros:- Easy to chew & swallow- Size is not too large- A simple way to get extra fiber into your diet most Americans don’t get enough fiberCons:- Taste isn’t bad but it could be improved- It’s pretty chewy that being said it’s fiber so it’s kinda expected

Softer and taste better than the name brand
I tried these on a whim because my usual subscription was out. They are cheaper than the big name, a lot softer, and taste much better, and trust me, I’ve tried every fiber gummy on the market. These are the best. I won’t be buying any other kind from now on.

Says to eat 2 a day but that really didn’t do much. Had to go to 4 and that made me insanely gassy and sometimes I would how a bowel movement. Flavor was good tho

Great Taste Works Well
These fiber gummies almost taste too good, not that that’s a bad thing though as it’s sure better than the alternative. They are the same high quality you would expect from any brand which was a nice surprise. I personally love AmazonBasics products since I’ve always had good luck with them and these are not an exception.Like many, I too have had difficulties being regular and needed more fiber, so I decided to go the gummy route since other methods taste terrible. I found myself sometimes taking an extra 2 since 4g is on the lower side, but I wanted to start off small and see how much I needed before increasing to a higher gram gummy, so 4g was a great starting point to determine that and they give you 90 which is plenty for the trial.Fiber is very important and it’s easy to not get enough, so I’m glad these fiber supplements exist for those times when I just don’t get enough.
