Just like the ones at PT , I Love It
Perfect size for my lower back, shoulders, knees! I Love this ice pack. It’s only for cold NOT HEAT So DON’T put it in the microwave!

Great ice packs
Bought for brother who is removing from an abdominal surgery. These are comfortable, they freeze well and stay cold for a while. They aren’t to heavy or cold for someone using this on their stomach.

This Gel Ice Pack is just advertised. It is flexible and so much easier to use that ice packs that freeze solit. I am able to bend it to conform to the shape of my body that needs to be iced. I really like that it has a soft side as well as a vinyl type side.
