Best filter I’ve tried so far.
Only had for a few days. Well made, great instructions and extra washers and filter. Good fit with no leaks. Works well so far. Much better than the unit I replaced purchased from big box stores. Filters have more filter media yet do not reduce water flow. Not cheap-looking. So far so good.

okay- first things first, a need to know- YOUR WATER WILL STILL TEST HARD IF YOU ARE ONLY USING A FILTER. i’ve seen a lot of negative reviews because after testing the water, it was still hard (same here). i had to do research because i was seeing this in so many shower heads & was like there is NO WAY all these people are having improvements if their water is still hard.with that being said, it is important to know that the shower head does not soften the water, it does exactly what it’s called: FILTER. it filters out chlorine & other chemical components. if you want soft water, you need to purchase a water softening system.i haven’t gotten a chance to test out the filter, but i wanted to leave a review about the install. it was super easy, but the directions weren’t necessarily worded correctly. it said to place two o-rings in the male & female ends of the filter. it only fits in the female end, & the other is supposed to go in the shower head because there is no way to fit it into the male end… & if you do manage to do that, then it will not sit in the shower head like it’s supposed to.i will update after i’ve used the filter a few times to see improvements, if any.UPDATE: as i have had this shower head installed now for over a month, i thought it would be a good enough time to give an update. i want to first note, i only wash my hair every 1-2 weeks. i also have bleached my hair in the time of installing the shower head. however, i will say i have seen an improvement in my skin & a slight improvement in my hair. i found some hair products that help with hair health that i recently added to my regimen that have helped my hair quality as well. my husband’s skin under his beard has gotten better as well. he has suffered from severe dry skin under his beard since we moved in & it has gotten better. i did also do a couple of treatments to my hair to help with stripping the chemicals sitting on my hair.with my hair in the current condition it is in, i am inclined to say that the filter has definitely helped. my hair breakage isn’t as intense & it’s overall feel is so much better.

It Really Works
This product works. The hard water we had was causing itching since I was used to having soft water before getting married recently. The kit that comes with 5 replacement filters is such a great value. It is easy to install.

Wear and tear!!
First of all I love the clean water every time I shower that was a game changer.BUT, very sadly I found the fine crack line where top case connecting to water line, started to leak one drop by drop while I was using the shower. I tried with Teflon tape so it won’t have leak. I use the silicon bands inside the case to see if these bands help from leak. Unfortunately nothing stopped!So I ordered another unit sold by Amazon from different company. I’m hoping the new one will be fine.

The filter arrived as scheduled in a well packaged box. The filter itself appears well made and sturdy. The installation was relatively straight forward, although the rubber washers for the tap/fittings blocked the water from flowing through the filter. These were quickly removed and the filter plugged back into place, and it worked perfectly. As to the change in water, we’ve only had the device installed for a few days, but after three years of very hard (Amsterdam) water, the change is very noticeable. Skin is no longer dry and hair is shinier and not falling out so much. All in all a very satisfactory solution as compared to fitting a water filtration system to the mains.

Ottimo produtto, ho il acqua che viene dal posso, veramente brutta ,troppo calcare, il mio capelli , ugualmente dei mie figli al momento di lavargli minuto dopo tropo secchi e più crespo di normale ,compravo produtto buoni per il capelli e no serviva a niente, però una volta presso queste filtro e attaccato con molta facilità , ho visto da subito il risultato, già ho risolto mio problema. capelli molto belli ,sani e morvidi ho trovato dentro dei filtri residuo di calcare ma tantissimo, adesso lo compro un’altra volta , sono 2 filtri da utilizzare ,mia ha bastato per un anno, sono molto felice ,lo raccomando 100 x 100 .

Easy installation but the product didn’t do much in terms of water quality. I saw no improvement in my hair and skin (impacted by hard water) and there’s more dirt buildup in my shower area which requires more frequent cleaning.
