Very good fasting safe KSM-66. Noticeable improvement in cortisol reduction after consumption. Didn’t help falling asleep, but did improve deep sleep quality and duration based off my Garmin data. Definitely helps for fasted cardio. Acceptable capsule size. Clinically proven dosage at 300mg per cap giving great customization in increasing or decreasing your dose. Compared to a 600mg cap. Minimal filler. Affordable long term. 5 stars.

This brand is the best Ashwagandha supplement I’ve tried. I have tried many different brands and they didn’t work as well. This brand has given me the most energy and made me feel less anxious. The pill doesn’t upset my stomach and is easy to swallow. It doesn’t have a smell or taste. I have a picture below comparing the pill size to a dime. I’m gluten free and these contain no gluten or preservatives that cause me to break out in hives. I have been using these for 4 months and they have made a huge difference. I have even lost 10 lbs since I started taking these pills. I tried another brand a month ago because I waited until the last minute to order more. The other brand I took did nothing for me. I ended up throwing them out. I highly recommend these.

Double Wood’s Ashwagandha is an excellent product, especially because it is a liquid it has a very strong, yet subtle effect for people who need to take supplemental support for a variety of conditions. i have only good effects that bring the body forward to operate peacefully while it heals. When one’s mobility and coordination are tough to handle in daily life, this formula by Double Wood makes me laugh at myself instead of giving into frustration and rushing about that is both risky and painful.

I’m so thankful for having found ashwagandha. It subtly calms me down and seems to last for hours. These pills are small and easy to swallow. The price is also right considering the per unit cost. I like this brand in general for value.

Not as I expected, I should have read the label more closely before purchase.
It’s ok, probably works fine, I’m just not consistent with taking it. It has an unexpected, sweet taste that I find unpalatable. This is because of the vegetable glycerin. I didn’t as pay close attention to the label before I ordered it as I normally would and should have. That’s on me. It’s probably fine for someone who is used to that ingredient, but I prefer my tinctures to not be sweet. I imagine if I could take it consistently, as recommended, I’d start feeling the relaxation benefits and mood improvements that often come with using ashwagandha. I will need to find a bottle that does not contain that ingredient.
