Worked very well for mood issues and anxiety during pms.
These help so much during pms and anxiety alike especially when combined with magnesium citrate gummies. They helped me calm down from anxiety and pms symptoms about 30 minutes or so after taking them. They also taste nice and tart. They are easy too chew as well. They are worth the cost.

Helpful support for monthly issues
I hate to admit it, but my mood does change when my period comes. This seems to be helping to stave off the mood swings and symptoms that women must bear during that time of the month.When I do take these each day of my cycle, I notice a difference. I’ve been looking for a vitamin to help me feel more emotionally balanced and less bloated during that time of the month, and BeLive PMS Support Gummies fits the bill. The strawberry lemonade flavor is actually really good — no weird/plastic aftertaste. They’re not magic (of course), but they’re easy to remember to take and have definitely made that time of the month more manageable. Highly recommend giving these a try!

These are supplements given in a chewable gummy form that claims to ease PMS symptoms like bloating, cramping, irritability, and discomfort. Like all supplements, none of the claims made have been proven nor has it been evaluated or approved by the FDA. In my case, there has been no noticeable difference. Your mileage may very in this instance.As for taste, they do initially have a pleasant strawberry lemon flavor, however I did find that it quickly faded and all that was left was a poor lemon taste, I’d describe it like a poor quality lemon drop candy.I do find it disappointing that the product page only talks about the benefits, but there is no mention at all about side effects. Or that pregnant or nursing woman should not use it as it may be unsafe. It isn’t on the product package either. Sure, you’re not having a period when pregnant, but it isn’t uncommon for woman to confuse early pregnancy symptoms with PMS symptoms either.Real mixed bag here.
