I get my labs/blood drawn every 3 months and this shows up in my blood. Its real. I use Best Naturals Creatine tablets, and Best Naturals BCAA’s Capsules also…. this company actually provides legit stuff. And its super cheap and works tremendously!My doctor advised me to slow down on the daily dosage because it could be hard on my kidneys… this is definitely effective and a good sign!Thank you Best Naturals!

Work pretty well
I liked these because for a less expensive brand they’re at least 3rs party tested. I went to buy another kind but unfortunately most don’t have the labels shown with the amount of mg or other ingredients and I don’t but any supplement without the label shown. That’s a new thing I’ve noticed on Amazon which has me overall looking elsewhere as it is. But if you want a pretty good amino this does this trick. I can even chew them and they’re pretty much tasteless so caplet size wasn’t an issue .

The tablets border on too large for an adult to swallow. Over an inch. And they recommend taking 6-9 of them daily, which makes them both a nuisance and more expensive than they appear.
