This cuff monitor is comfortable to wear, easy to use and a good value for the money. The inflation rate is good, but not one that puts you in pain.

How to Keep Sound Off
I have been frustrated that every time I turned the sound off, it would be off for the one measurement, but turned back on the next time. Apparently you have to turn the screen on and off with the round middle button on the face of the monitor. And, do not turn off the BP Monitor with the slider toggle switch on the side. If you use the toggle, it resets the sound to on. I finally found the answer to the problem in the June 17, 2022 answer by Trajoy that states: “This is not a defect. The manual states that all settings are not held if the unit is turned off. It is suggested that you always keep the toggle switch in the “on” position to hold your preferred settings. Hope that I was able to clarify your question.” They should just have a separate button to turn the sound off. My monitor is accurate. I had my wrist BP monitor tested by the nurse and it was exactly the same result that she got with her BP cuff.
