Compact, sturdy, and super convenient
This adjustable kettlebell has been one of the best things I’ve added to my home gym. The weight changes happen quickly and smoothly, and each setting feels stable with no wobbling or moving. The handle is easy to hold and has enough room for exercises that can be done with one or two hands. It takes up a lot less space than having a lot of kettlebells, but it still feels just as strong when you swing, row, squat, or press. This is a great piece of equipment for anyone who wants to be able to do a lot of different things without having to buy a lot of equipment.

Best excercise product I’ve ever purchased
Definitely the best thing I’ve ever purchased for exercise. The convenience of this kettle bell has really got me working out and enjoying it. I bought this during COVID quarantine and it has been a perfect purchase. The small package is great. It has a range from 8 to 40 lbs in a small kettlebell form that doesnt take up much space. The unit comes with a base where you set the weight before you make an adjustment. Just the click of the dial and you are set with a different weight. The convenience of switching weights is what has me doing more and more variety of exercises. If I had any negatives for the product, it jumps from 25 to 35 to 40 in the available selections. I would have loved a 30lb setting built in, but it has quite a range in a very compact package, so I think they did a great job designing it. The durability is great. It does say that you cant drop it or throw it down, but that isnt really a problem to me. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and I am already seeing muscle gains from using the product. I think the price is very reasonable for the weight range and convenience it provides. If I would have bought dumbells with plates, I wouldnt do nearly the mix of exercises, because I’d get tired of putting plates on and taking them off during a workout. With the Bowflex, I’m setting the weight down on the base, turning a dial a click or two and lifting it right back up. Love it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent Kettlebell
This has come in handy especially for quick workouts when I want to take a weight around and keep active when I can’t be in the gym. I have the adjustable dumbbells and this has the same high quality I expected and it’s super helpful that it has multiple weights so the smaller members of the family can use it too.

Great for beginners.
Like many folks, I bought a bunch of home gym equipment during the pandemic, and this Bowflex Kettlebell was part of that. I’ve enjoyed using it, but once I bought actual kettlebells, I started to see the limitations of this product.Cons:- For one, it’s housed in plastic. It’s sturdy enough, but still there’s always a chance putting it down too hard might break it.- The handle is my biggest gripe. It’s skinny and smooth, so it doesn’t provide the best grip.- Differences in weight are a bit weird: 8, 12, 20, 25, 35, 40. I absolutely noticed when I went from 25 to 35. It’s a big jump. I bought a 31 pound (14kg) kettlebell just to fill that gap. Coincidentally, that was when I really saw the differences between this and real kettlebells.- Once you start working with real kettlebells, it’s hard to go back to this one.All that being said, I’m still happy with my purchase. It’s a great starter kettlebell for sure, and I definitely got a solid two years worth out of it. I’d recommend it mostly for swings and rows, which is what I still occasionally use it for.

Great Addition to My Home Gym.
Four years strong and still going—this sleek kettlebell swaps six weights in one, keeping our home workouts powerful and clutter-free. The size is perfect for small spaces (or large) just very compact and exactly what I was looking for. The weights easily adjust and the grip has always provided what I need for even the smallest of settings. And now Peloton has their own section for kettlebell workouts and I’m soooo excited!

Great investment
I had this kettlebell on my wishlist for almost a full year, always thinking whether I should buy it at full price. I was finally able to get a 20 or 30% discount and decided to purchase it. My only regret is that I did not buy it sooner. It provides so much versatility when working out, and I love the fact that it has adjustable weights. I have zero issues with durability/stability when doing full swings, and it’s compact enough to store in tight spaces. I highly recommend it.
