Best Mat I’ve Ever Owned
The thickness of this mat and the density of the foam make this the best mat I’ve ever owned. I love mine so much that I came back and bought another one for my husband. We’ve both been working out for about 37 years, and we’ve gone through tons of workout mats. I will use this one until it wears out (many years down the road) and then buy a new one just like it.At our age, the more cushioning the better for our knees, hips, wrists and shoulders. I’ve been having a lot of wrist pain during plank routines, and this mat helps so much that I can start back up doing workouts I had quit doing due to wrist pain.The large size and extra width of this mat are great for floor-based legwork and mat-based pilates. I wear tennis shoes on this mat and do not “baby” it. I’ve had no issues with cracking.The material is like “memory foam” in that it compacts down some while still supporting the areas where pressure is applied. Then, over the next few minutes after you get off of it, it springs back up to its original flat position.Worth every penny!

Love it so good on the feet
Honestly way larger than I expected! It’s nice and thick. It feels really nice walking on and doing weight lifting, the foam disperses in the spots on your feet to make it level. The holder/ carrier strap is nice and stays on. Super easy to roll up and take on the go! Like I said though it’s large

Good, Thick Exercise Mat
I bought this mat for my physical therapy exercises and I love it! It is an inch thick of foam rubber and I really appreciated this extra padding because I have a hardwood floor. Very supporting! It conveniently rolls up and goes into my closet when I’m done, and it comes with an elastic strap with a carry handle that slips over the mat once it is rolled up for easy transport. I’ve had this mat for three months now, and so far no signs of wear (eg, tearing, cracking or crumbling of the rubber foam).I would have given this mat five stars, but my one complaint is that the 24″ width is a little too narrow for me. Another 6″ would have been great. The tradeoff is that it would have been less convenient to carry.

Great support post-physical therapy — highly recommend!
This yoga mat has been a lifesaver as I continue my workouts after physical therapy. Form but padded well!
Very nice and thick. Nice and long enough and I’m 5’11 and weigh 200lbs.Some talk about it being too thin, but what were they expecting, a bed mattress?? It’s an exercise mat and it’s supposed to be firm. It is padded and as firm as it can be to Support Your Weight, because you might as well put a sheet on the floor otherwise!!

A luxurious yoga mat perfect for this old body
This yoga mat is perfection! I have a hard time laying on hard surfaces and needed to replace my half inch thick mat with a new one. I found this one inch thick one and knew it had to be the one. It was! It is almost plush and very comfortable to lay on. It was only a bit more than the held inch ones so I feel like got a great deal.It has a great caring strap and stays perfectly rolled up. It is very durable and will mint in its depth without sagging. There was no odor from it when I unrolled it the first time. That was very nice as the odor can be a bit offensive and can take some time to disperse one some other ones. I highly recommend this!

Excellent cushioning
Excellent thickness, I’m done with those silly thin yoga mats for floor exercises. This one actually cushions my joints and makes it far easier to get through a pilates set. You don’t have to be in pain when you work out! Imagine!It’s also really great for camping or sleepovers. I have a floor bed on account of bad joints, if they made mats like this that were a meter wide/twin bed size, I’d use it as part of my mattress setup full time. It’s great.It does have a kind of sulfury rubber smell when you first open it, but leave it standing loosely rolled or open somewhere for a week or so. The smell dissipates. It’s just the type of material, and it’s an easy trade off for having a great mat.

If you are purchasing this in Egypt, please know that it is not 1″ thick at all. I was disappointed to find the it iis much thinner. I purchased it because of the 4.6 star reviews, but Iʻd guess most of those are for US purchases. I would return if the return “process” here in Egypt wasnʻt so horrible.

The mat arrived 0.6cm thick, not 1cm.I wanted blue, but it was a very deep purple…The mat isn’t pretty or thick at all.I realized once again that Amazon doesn’t deliver products properly.Amazon’s reputation is a shame.
