It works when many others failed
I have had difficulty sleeping for years. Have taken prescription meds and drank teas till blue in the face lol and maybe get 3 nights till it all stops working. Then I by accident bought this. I have had more consistent sleep since starting this supplement than I’ve known in years. What a happy accident. Will continue to purchase

Fall asleep easy and works quickly.
The taste is pretty. It’s not overwhelming. And it’s not gritty. Some of the ones I have tried are very gritty. And as far as the combination of the ingredients of this melatonin, this one is perfect. The 40 mg along with the magnesium and ashwanda give me the perfect night’s sleep. I buy this all the time now.

Not the best – But worked for what I needed.
Advertised as 40mg, is only 12mg. Not toooo mad about it because I think it’s nice having the chamomile and ashwagandha. Had to take 3 to fall asleep though, and when I’m letting them dissolve in my mouth, my throat feels a bit of a burning itchy sensation….Update- despite the “40mg” false advertising & weird itchy sensation in throat after use, it actually has worked really well for me, Although I have to take 3. It has helped me set a consistent sleep schedule which I purchased it for & I do not feel sluggish after using.

Love the high dosage
I prefer taking just 1 tab of a relatively high dosage rather than 2-3+ tabs of small dosages! So these are perfect. Great flavor too, I just let these dissolve under my tongue and they work fast and very well!!

Good value and easy to take since they dissolve fast.I noticed a smoother transition into sleep after adding it to my routine.The tablets are a bit strong, so starting with half might be better for some.Overall, a helpful addition to evening relaxation.

I’ve had better
I’ve been taking this consistently for two months. I noticed it takes longer to fall asleep than the lower-dose ones I’ve tried. It usually kicks in anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, so it’s pretty hit or miss. I started taking two to help me fall asleep faster, but then I began waking up feeling restless. Didn’t take it for a day and immediately had more energy and less fatigue the next day. I’m going to lay off of them for awhile
