Dominique V –
Absolute necessity
They don’t stay cold for as long as a normal ice pack but I love them especially when I’m sick or have a migraine and am not at home.
Jennifer C. –
Works like a charm
Perfect for large group of children. Grab and go replacements for first aid kits.

Great in our camp
We have been using these all summer long in our daycamp. With lots of active campers, we’ve gone through hundreds of these. They serve the purpose without needing a freezer nearby. For most injuries this is a good size. This was the most economical box we could find.
Colourbox –
Convenient but short acting
They seem to lose there effectiveness quickly

Great for elementary schools!
Pros:-I used to get these for the school I worked at. They were great for the kids/staff who hurt themselves or just needed it. They’re quick and easy to use, provide instant relief, great for the emergency backpacks, nurse’s office, portable and good for off site field trips and just generally useful.-Comes with a good amount, but as you can imagine having this in a school, the restock added up. I believe I ordered a pack every 2-3 months or so.Cons:-Probably not the most environmentally friendly because it creates a lot of waste, but it was definitely more sanitary than using reusable ice packs.Uncertainties:-N/A

Box is HEAVY
I use ice packs as a coping skill because it resets your flight or fight response, with that being said they didn’t have to be very big so the size was perfect. It was easy for me to break despite it being so small which I saw a lot of reviews on. The downside of it being so small the cold only lasts for a duration of 15-25 minutes on hot days haven’t tried in cooler weather. But it works well and doesn’t reach an uncomfortable temperature

Complete garbage,!
If I could give this item 0 stars I would. I ordered these from my clinic. The first one didn’t work. The second one didn’t work they’re garbage.! Have you no conscience. People ordering this item are obviously in pain. Shame on you.

They get cold
They get REALLY cold. I use them for stress relief by applying them to my face (mammalian diving reflex, look it up) but they’re a little too cold for my face. I don’t deduct any stars for that because it seems absurd for me to fault a cold pack for getting…well…cold. I just put a thin towel between the pack and my face and it’s all good.
