An aging man’s answer to pills that gag you!
Ever gag on those “horse pills” OTC or prescription? Well finally this company listened and reduced the size of,their fabulous vitamins so you can take the without choking or gagging. Of course you now take two…oh, such a problem…NOT! Thank you Centrum for listening to seniors in need that don’t want to take those Gummy vitamins.

Minis are small and easy to swallow, even for seniors.
The Centrum minis are small and easy to swallow! They have the basic vitamins and some minerals too. You need to take two a day. My husband can swallow these, unlike the big ones. Contains 21 mcg. of selenium and 1000 IU of D-3, so beware of combining with other supplements that have selenium or D-3 or any other vitamins or minerals that might cause an overdose. You CAN have too much of a good thing. If you’re a healthy eater, and just want to cover your bases to be safe, these are actually a pretty thorough combo!

Multivitamin for men over 50
I was using the regular Centrum and had a go to the minis because I was having a problem with swallowing the larger tablets. It’s easier to swallow the smaller tablets and then I know that I’m getting the benefit of the vitamin I need.

Two tabs/day = 140 day supply
Nothing wrong with these vitamins but this was my first time ordering mini’s. I didn’t realize that besides the smaller size they are half the dosage of the regular size requiring a daily dosage of 2 pills. If you do the math it’s probably cheaper to buy the regular size.

These Centrum Minis are much easier to swallow than the full size Centrum tablets that I’d been using for years. Of course, since I now take two Centrum minis, they cost more per dose/day than one of the regular Centrum tablets.

Ok, i am glad that they gave me a product with enough time to consume, unlike others here in the reviews. First time to try centrum for 50+ men, time will tell if it’s good. My original multivitamins are sold out, and have to wait for them to bring back into stock

This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
