Good supplement to reverse grey in adults
I take thse a few times a week along with the Nutricost Moringa Capsules 500mg, 180 Capsules (90 Servings) as recommended by Dr Berg. I have seen some improvement and reversal in the grey in my beard in just a few months. It would probably be more if I took more often. Your hair also really starts to feel softer and nicer if you take these two products with collagen or glycine.
