I was hesitant to try a pill form Arginine to use pre-workout because I was previously taking 4 grams prior to this but I liked the stack and the dosage is high for tablets so I figured I’d take an extra pill and cut the supply to 25 days or so instead of 30 to make up for the difference in the powder I was using previously (side note: If you’re not a hardcore lifter looking a mega pump than the recommended dose is more than adequate for all intents and purposes). I started off taking a bit more than the recommended tablets per serving and got a ridiculous pump and sustained energy through my workout. I also noticed about a 10% increase in lift strength due to that excellent pump and energy. Much better than the powder nitric product I was previously using even though the dosage would have been comparable. I think it has to do with the ratio of AAKG, HCI and Citrulline which I believe is superior in this product to other Arginine/ Nitric boosters I’ve used.

Amazing Pump
Throughout my workouts before using Dr. Emil’s nitric oxide booster, the pump I had experienced was no where near compared to when I am using this product. It is unbelievable, not only do am I attaining better blood flow to my muscles and increased vascularity, this product provides me with decreased soreness the next day and has me ready to get back at it! This product really does work and I am super impressed at the dosage size as well as it’s very effective and giving me a proper pump like no other. It’s so great in fact, I am also spreading the word to my other lifting partners who also need that extra oomph in the gym. Thank you for such an amazing product!

Good product
I am a 48 year old man that has always worked out but had back surgery last August. I found out it’s hard to get back to working out after several months of lay off. I needed something to give me a boost. I have always used pre workouts in the past but they usually effect my sleep so I wanted to stay away from the pre workouts. I saw this product in Amazon and figured I would give it a try. It gives me a good boost of energy in the weight room if I take about 1hr before working out and I don’t get the side effects of the pre workouts with all the caffeine. I am starting to get my muscle tone back that I lost after 6 months of not working out. I get a good pump from this product.

I used to to take nitric oxide booster physer 3 with AAKG back when it was first introduced to the fitness world. It had a major impact on my strength increase, perpetual pumps, and since it’s a vasodilator, viagra like effect was nice too. Over the years many products on the market were a scam and the ingredients were of poor quality. I finally found a quality replacement for the supplement I took all those years ago that had such a positive impact on my physique and it’s physical function. Goliath Arginine 3000 has paid off in spades. The first few days there isn’t much to notice. However, after 1 week, I noticed my pumps were fuller and lasted longer post workout. Then the strength gains appeared. I’d have more atp energy up front at the beginning of each set allowing for me to lift heavier weights and not fall off into fatigue as quickly as before when not on the supplement. As my body fat dropped I noticed a huge change in vascularity when I’d get my pumps which for me was really cool. The viagra effect was awesome. I’m in my 40s now and take medication for ADHD which can cause for impotence issues. Goliath make this not an issue. I feel normal again. This stuff rocks and I’ll continue to take it as long as it’s available.

It’s a good product, but it’s not a great product. It’s powder form. The powder is created with fine grinding, which retains important nutrients and components. The extract is produced from the ground powder and contains a higher concentration of certain water-soluble components or makes these available to the human body.
