Active bacteria!
I got it a few days ago. I used only 1 capsule and a small amount of organic whole milk to yield some yogurt， then used this as a starter to make a big batch of L gasseri yogurt. The yogurt was made in instant pot due， after 10 hours it was already ready to eat. 36 hours must be too long for this batch. The yogurt tastes very nice! So it was a big success — from one capsule to a pot of yummy superfood yogurt. I didn’t use anything else such as the Inulin powder， only organic whole milk. I recommend this product for L gasseri highly.

Waste of money!
I purchased this probiotic in March 2025 to make L-gasseri yogurt. It arrived with an expiration date of October 2025. I emailed the company right away to ask how I can prolong this and they said to store it in a dry place, and not to refrigerate. I used one capsule and made a nice yogurt, which I then used to make subsequent batches. Now it’s August 9th, 2025, I just pulled out a second capsule to start a fresh batch of yogurt and the contents are hard. It came with a ridiculous expiration date and didn’t even last that long. So for $30, I got one capsule out of it. No returns, no refunds. Oh, and of the 3 women eating this yogurt daily, none of has seen any weight loss. I won’t buy Mercola’s products again.
