Better than more expensive brands
I tried these after choking down a bottle of goli pms supplements. They worked as advertised, but tasted absolutely god awful. I decided to try this brand since they are less expensive and have a higher quantity of gummies than the goli. First of all, these taste so much better it’s not even funny. Secondly, they are effective enough for me that I can take one a day instead of the recommended two, so they will last much longer. I generally suffer from bad mood swings and sore breasts about a week and a half before my period, but these supplements truly allieve both of those nasty symptoms. I will continue using them as a part of my daily routine because of the miraculous difference they make in my life.

It’s hard to tell if these are helping- I do feel like my hormonal issues are improved lately. They could be related? The taste and texture are not bad, and the heart shape is cute. The price is very reasonable, so if they help, they’re a good value. A bottle is a 45 day supply and with the current coupon, it’s only around $6, so i think they’re worth a try.

Do not buy!! These gummies came unsealed. I screwed the top off with no problem. I’m in so much pain right now that I tried a gummy anyway and immediately regretted it. They taste old, bitter, and peppery. I spit it out immediately and tried to apply to return them but this company doesn’t accept returns, so keep that in mind as well. Thankfully I was able to request a refund directly from Amazon.

The product has a good taste and easy to follow directions for usage. I took the entire bottle and it didn’t work for me. I didn’t notice any significant changes and my cycle is still irregular. I just continue to exercise to help with balancing my hormones. I was hoping this product would be my go-to as some reviews stated.
