Great tool to get back into meal prep
I packed the 14-piece set so I could prepare meals quickly. The containers, in my opinion, are ideal for maintaining discipline and are the ideal size for meals. They don’t hold liquid well, according to my test:( After shaking it for a few seconds, it began to leak. It is not recommended for use with soupy or liquidy foods. Everything else is fantastic, other from that. It includes a measuring tape and a little printed guide with meal ideas and practical advice. I’m not sure how durable they are because I haven’t tried cleaning them in the dishwasher or heating them up in the microwave. It might be good because the package states that it is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Containers are great
The product contains the correct containers as described. But, the instructions don’t explain the plan or what plan to use in relation to your individual needs. If you need the plan that explains how many containers you need per day, you can just do a web search for the 21 day container plan and it should help you use these containers.

not water-tight.
They are exactly this, portion control. but they aren’t water tight, they leak. so, they can’t do applesauce, or dressing, or even fruit that has liquid. dissapointing.

I’ve been a bodi member for years and over the years I’ve list lods, and colours of my portion control containers.This was a quick and easy fix. Affordable, same size, and free shipping. The stickers attached are in different language but no biggy. I’m quite use to the colour codes so it made no difference.Very handy and useful if you’re like me and tend to lose a few kids off of containers from time to time :p
