This liver detox product has some of the best ingredients for helping your body detox. NAC is amazing for helping to detoxify the body. This brand is really good because it also has milk thistle, ALA, dandelion root, and more. Individually, these supplements would cost a ton of money, so being able to take them as a multi-supplement is a great value.It’s 2 capsules a day, so there are 30 servings.You can take it 20-30 minutes before a meal, and I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort. I haven’t had any adverse reactions or side effects.I’ve only been taking it for a short time, so it’s hard to assess many positives like energy levels or long-term effectiveness. I am optimistic, though.I have noticed less bloat after eating, and this is the only thing that’s been different in my diet.I know ALA can help with nerve damage pain, but this has a low dose—only 100 mg—so I haven’t experienced any pain relief.Negative effects typically show themselves immediately, so I can definitely attest to not experiencing any negatives.I’m really happy with this multi-supplement, and so far, I’m feeling fine, so I’ll continue to take it until it’s gone and see where I’m at.It’s also made in the USA.5 stars.
