Good Result For Nails
I had a good result with my nails. One had a vertical ridge down the center and the nail split in half as it grew out of the nail bed, which required me to keep it cut to the base to avoid snags or try to hold it together with nail glue (didn’t work). I was on my 3rd bottle of GNC Biotin 5000 (taking 2 per day) and had decided it would be my last when I noticed that the nail no longer split when it grew out and the ridge that I could feel was gone. Very pleasantly surprised! In hind sight it obviously takes time for an unhealthy nail to fully replace itself so patience is required. I have not seen any obvious differences with my hair or skin but will keep using it for my nails.

This stuff really works!
I have been using this GNC Biotin for several years now and have noticed my skin is smooth for being 67 yr old. Nails are growing faster then when I was younger and technically I should be bald due to genetics but I have maintained a full head of hair as prior it was gradually receding but this product has completely stopped the hair loss.

Easy to swallow no after taste
I started taking biotin to stop my thinning hair. These capsules work not only for my thinning hair but also lengthening my eyelashes and finger nails. Easy to swallow and no after taste. They are inexpensive , work quickly and saved me a trip to the store.

I have taken the cheap biotin for years now… never seeing any results. I’ve been taking this brand for the last 2 months and OMG. My hair has grown so fast! I’m trimming it every 2 weeks.. instead of every 6 months! Haven’t noticed any changes in my finger nails … which have always been thin and weak. Will continue to buy this brand ONLY!
