Better than my existing equipment
Best exercise equipment I’ve bought. I like working out at home and this set has made it even better. I use these bands over my existing home equipment because I get a better burn and they are easier to use. Plus I can pack the in my suit case for trips and not miss a beat. Great quality at a great price.

These bands are made very well. They provide good consistent resistance over the full range of motion. I’ve only had them for about a month but they appear to be very durable. The handles are great with good cushion and the ankle straps are just as comfortable. I like the fact that it comes with two sets of handles so you can set up two different exercises at once. That saves time when transitioning from one exercise to another. Two things I would recommend, one is making the bands different colors so that they are easier to identify and the other is including 6 connectors instead of five.

A great addition to a home gym.
Developed a routine for triceps crunches, where I use all three bands. The problem was that they only lasted for a couple of months. Bought this product and discovered that the bands are far superior to the triceps crunch, even though they were about the same price. Also, this product is far more flexible in the exercises that I can do. I like this set so much that I ordered another set. These bands are very heavy duty where my muscle mass is greatly improved. A great addition for us that can’t get to a gym so that we work out at home. Would suggest that you try them.

This is good stuff! Very heavy resistance bands, great quality! I put some of the dumbbells away and use theses bands instead. I always take these with me on any trips that last more than a couple days.
