I highly recommend this product
My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. It has helped my sleeping a great deal. with each an every day I take this product my level of sleep has increased, improved and the quality is very positive. Great Price and Quality
I was not expecting to notice much of a difference in my general demeanor, but after two weeks I’ve noticed a dramatic reduction in general anxiety, I’ve experienced sharper focus for longer periods of time, and I haven’t experienced any negative effects. I wouldn’t say these are easy to swallow, but they are probably average in size. I chose this brand for its low cost. I’m impressed.

I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because its definitely a very effective product but the strength is too much for me. I took just 1 capsule before sleep to test it out and it gave me light sleep the whole night. Didn’t know I’m that sensitive to it. I took ashwangandha from a different brand before and felt no change or minimal.

Helps with mood and hot flashes. I really noticed a difference in hot flashes after using it for 3-4 months. I’m sleeping a little better but I feel it will get better as I keep taking them. East to swallow in spite of. Size.
